Acting as their recruitment advisor, you’ll be there with them throughout the whole process, from initial role exploration and CV submission, right through to interview preparation and onboarding.

Alongside your responsibilities to candidates, you will also act as point of contact for external stakeholders, reporting back on your campaign findings, making strategic decisions and offering advice of best practice with a view of constant improvement.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and post opportunities across a range of platforms in line with employer and business requirements.
  • Support candidates from minority diversities with the application process via personal contact and events.
  • Receive and review applications, manage telephone/video interviews and online tests to create a shortlist of young people for the employer.
  • Check the suitability and eligibility of applicants before submitting their details to the employer.

What will you do?
As Talent Inspiration Manager at GetMyFirstJob, within the Educator Team, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting students in schools and preparing them for the world of work. This will be delivered through virtual as well as physical workshops within schools across the UK. You will support candidates with special educational needs throughout their employability journey and finally match them to opportunities listed on the TalentPortal as well as external jobs boards.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with students, schools, parents, and guardians.
  • Connecting with schools and supporting their staff.
  • Creating materials to aid information, advice, and guidance for students.
  • Offering and delivering face to face workshops within schools.
  • Hosting virtual workshops for students.

Senior Marketing Executive, Employer Team

What will you do?
As a Senior Marketing Executive at GetMyFirstJob, you will be responsible undertaking marketing project for our clients within the Employer Team department. The role will require you to plan, organise, and deliver creative campaigns and promotional activity that follow client service requests. Principally this will be via email campaigns and automation, but ppc, social media, web pages and printed collateral/events may also be commissioned from GetMyFirstJob. You will work with other members of the team to coordinate, deliver, and assess ROI on these activities for both our company and clients.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Create project plans to enable successful campaign delivery with clients such as Vodafone, Microsoft & Virgin Media.
  • Manage client expectations and needs throughout the campaign, hosting regular client calls.
  • Conceptualise, build, and send highly targeted client campaigns using bespoke email software.
  • Write creative, engaging copy, for a variety of purposes including job adverts, web pages, candidate guidebooks, targeted emails, and social media.
  • Plan, create, and monitor paid social media and Google Advert campaigns.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using relevant metrics and submit detailed reports of performance, using your data to tell a story of the campaign.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the success of your projects, assessing how best to achieve project goals, and assessing where extra support may be needed.
  • Ensure accurate use of all GetMyFirstJob systems, allowing for a consistent marketing output.
  • Support in the creation and the feedback of end of campaign reports to clients and internal teams.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a client facing marketing role.
  • Extensive copywriting experience, across a range of mediums, to create engaging copy.

What will you do?
As a Campaign Marketing Manager, within the Employer Team, you will be responsible for the execution and success of your own client projects. Acting as lead point of contact for some of the biggest brands in the UK, you will use your marketing experience to add value to client propositions and positively impact the success of campaigns by making in-flight strategic decisions.  

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Create project plans to enable successful campaign delivery with clients such as Vodafone, Microsoft & Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
  • Strategically manage client campaigns, making in-flight decisions to positively impact the outcome
  • Effectively managing multiple demanding campaigns simultaneously, managing your time to give them each the attention they need
  • Acting a lead marketing contact for your clients, and being a strong presence in client calls and communications
  • Create unique, highly targeted email campaigns focused on achieving your campaign objectives
  • Creating engaging, and action provoking content across email, web content, social media, and print
  • Coordinate and monitor Google Ad and Facebook Ad campaigns to support your campaign goals
  • Provided detailed analysis of marketing activity – seeking to find a story within the data and presenting back to your client
  • Take full ownership of your projects, seeing it as a personal mission to achieve your clients’ goals
  • Ensure a consistent use of GetMyFirstJob content and systems to provide candidates with a consistent brand experience

What do you need?
