It’s not just candidates for our clients that we are after. We are always on the look-out for exciting new talent for TheTalentPeople and GetMyFirstJob too. We practise what we preach.
Our vision is:
A world where young people from every background are inspired to connect with insight, development and employers which are right for them.
We want you to help us take this award winning team and organisation to the next level and take us even closer to this vision.
We take ownership and deliver results for our customers, candidates and ourselves.
We’re committed to each other and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We are open, discuss issues every week and constantly look for ways to improve.
We use evidence and data to make informed and confident decisions.
We’re ambitious for our candidates, our customers, and ourselves.
That means, when the company does well, society does well. We value our impact on society as much as our financial performance. As well as the impact we make through work we also have a charity of the year and as a team we arrange fund raising events inside and outside of work to support the chosen charity.
Be part of an organisation that makes a difference…
We wanted to know what is best about working for our organisation. So, we simply asked each other.
1. Flexible working – the number 1 benefit revealed by our employees
2. Making a difference – 100% of our team are passionate about making an impact for young people
3. Decide how you’d like to work – home set up fund or paid co-working space in your area
4. Development – improve was the top ranked value by our team and there’s plenty of scope through coaching, buddying, cross-team working and training
5. Monthly tax free allowance to your working costs
