In collaboration with Make UK, we joined forces to champion British manufacturing and promote National Manufacturing Day 2023. With the aim of driving engagement and raising awareness of the event, a comprehensive plan was devised.
This involved executing social media campaigns, targeted Spotify adverts, and launching multiple targeted email campaigns to candidates and schools. These initiatives were aimed at increasing awareness of National Manufacturing Day events across the UK and encouraging attendance at local events.
Additionally, specialised content was crafted for the Birmingham event, intended for display on the IMAX screen. Partner page promotion on GetMyFirstJob’s website, coupled with a series of email campaigns reached over 14,000 candidates and 2,000 careers advisors, further amplified our promotional endeavours. The success of the event not only bolstered support for British manufacturing but also served to inspire the next generation of manufacturing talent in the UK.
