Our collaboration with Witherslack Group aims to empower young people, building their confidence, and assisting them in transitioning to the next stage.

Aimed at students in Year 7 and above, we work assisting students in expanding their career aspirations and supporting those who are preparing for the world of work. We understand that each learner’s journey is unique, so our passionate team takes the time to learn about individual needs and perceptions of their learning difficulties and neurodiversity.

Parents play a crucial role in this system as our primary point of contact once learners leave school, supporting their engagement with job applications and interviews. Through employability sessions covering essential skills and more, we help students prepare for the transition into the workforce.

For employers, we offer assistance with reasonable adjustments and bridge communication gaps ensuring everything is optimised for all involved.
We provide continual support to students even after employment, ensuring contingency plans are in place and parents are aware of available financial aids.

It’s a transformative partnership focused on positive change and we look forward to seeing more young people confidently step into the next stage of their lives.
