GSP wanted to conduct a new recruitment campaign to attract early talent to Cyber Security Apprenticeships. With the vision of boosting digital skills in young candidates, increasing social mobility, championing females in tech and also hiring diverse and inclusive talent, GSP contacted TMP and TheTalentPeople to help.
The campaign, supported by personal candidate engagement, was successful in driving engagement from a variety of candidates. Previously under-represented groups were particularly active in pre-application – a fundamental objective.
