As a result of continued success, we are expanding our team and recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive.
What will you do?
As a Senior Marketing Executive at GetMyFirstJob, you will be responsible undertaking marketing project for our clients within the Employer Team department. The role will require you to plan, organise, and deliver creative campaigns and promotional activity that follow client service requests. Principally this will be via email campaigns and automation, but ppc, social media, web pages and printed collateral/events may also be commissioned from GetMyFirstJob. You will work with other members of the team to coordinate, deliver, and assess ROI on these activities for both our company and clients.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Create project plans to enable successful campaign delivery with clients such as Vodafone, Microsoft & Virgin Media.
- Manage client expectations and needs throughout the campaign, hosting regular client calls.
- Conceptualise, build, and send highly targeted client campaigns using bespoke email software.
- Write creative, engaging copy, for a variety of purposes including job adverts, web pages, candidate guidebooks, targeted emails, and social media.
- Plan, create, and monitor paid social media and Google Advert campaigns.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using relevant metrics and submit detailed reports of performance, using your data to tell a story of the campaign.
- Take ownership and accountability for the success of your projects, assessing how best to achieve project goals, and assessing where extra support may be needed.
- Ensure accurate use of all GetMyFirstJob systems, allowing for a consistent marketing output.
- Support in the creation and the feedback of end of campaign reports to clients and internal teams.
What do you need?
To succeed in this role you’ll need to be passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives and have excellent communication skills. Other skills required include:
- Previous experience in a client facing marketing role.
- Extensive copywriting experience, across a range of mediums, to create engaging copy.
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- An analytical mind, with the ability to draw a story from data, reporting against campaign objectives.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The passion and desire to inform and inspire young people.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, ability to work to deadline.
- An understanding of the recruitment environment, in particular early careers would useful but not essential.
- Experience with adobe creative software would be beneficial.
- Previous experience creating and managing paid social media and Google Ad campaigns.
