Home Based with occasional travel to team and client meetings.
Salary:
Ranging from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum
with the potential to earn a discretionary bonus.

What will you do?
As a Recruitment Team Leader at GetMyFirstJob, you will lead a team of recruiters on a day-to-day basis, undertake the role of a recruiter, and liaise directly with clients about the overall performance of work undertaken. This will include the monitoring of performance against agreed performance measures and working with the Head of Managed Service to predict, manage and resolve issues as necessary.
Main responsibilities will include:
Be responsible for all incoming referrals and communications from external partners and stakeholders, providing appropriate co-ordination and feedback.
- Coach team members on effective recruitment practices.
- Working with the Head of Manage Services, identify any potential changes or improvements to processes that could increase productivity, efficiency or address issues that arise.
- Provide the Head of Manage Services with regular updates about team and client performance.
- Follow all established processes and lead the team in effective promotion and timely filling of opportunities, including:
- Monitor and respond to all communication channels
- Process inbound applications as well as headhunt talent
- Promote the effective matching and testing of candidates where appropriate
- Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to employers in respect of suitable applicants.
