Between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum
targets.

As a result of continued success, we are expanding our team and recruiting a Campaign Manager.

What will you do?
As a Campaign Marketing Manager, within the Employer Team, you will be responsible for the execution and success of your own client projects. Acting as lead point of contact for some of the biggest brands in the UK, you will use your marketing experience to add value to client propositions and positively impact the success of campaigns by making in-flight strategic decisions.  

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Create project plans to enable successful campaign delivery with clients such as Vodafone, Microsoft & Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
  • Strategically manage client campaigns, making in-flight decisions to positively impact the outcome
  • Effectively managing multiple demanding campaigns simultaneously, managing your time to give them each the attention they need
  • Acting a lead marketing contact for your clients, and being a strong presence in client calls and communications
  • Create unique, highly targeted email campaigns focused on achieving your campaign objectives
  • Creating engaging, and action provoking content across email, web content, social media, and print
  • Coordinate and monitor Google Ad and Facebook Ad campaigns to support your campaign goals
  • Provided detailed analysis of marketing activity – seeking to find a story within the data and presenting back to your client
  • Take full ownership of your projects, seeing it as a personal mission to achieve your clients’ goals
  • Ensure a consistent use of GetMyFirstJob content and systems to provide candidates with a consistent brand experience

What do you need?
To succeed in this role you’ll need to be passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives and have excellent communication skills. Other skills required include:

  • Experience managing external clients and their marketing campaigns
  • Extensive copywriting experience, and the ability to create copy that promotes an action
  • Must be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • An analytical mind, with the ability to draw a story from data
  • The passion and desire to inform and inspire young people
  • A sense of ownership and the drive to see success in your projects
  • An understanding of the recruitment environment, in particular early careers
  • Experience with Adobe creative software would be beneficial
  • Previous experience creating and managing paid social media and Google Ad campaigns.

Talent Manager – Educator Team

£21,000 per annum per annum, with the potential to earn a discretionary commission based on achieving recruitment
targets.

What will you do?
As a Talent Manager at GetMyFirstJob, you’ll work in a consultative, coaching approach with our candidates, guiding them through the application process and forging strong relationships and bonds of trust in one of the most important times in their lives.

Acting as their recruitment advisor, you’ll be there with them throughout the whole process, from initial role exploration and CV submission, right through to interview preparation and onboarding.

Alongside your responsibilities to candidates, you will also act as point of contact for external stakeholders, reporting back on your campaign findings, making strategic decisions and offering advice of best practice with a view of constant improvement.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and post opportunities across a range of platforms in line with employer and business requirements.
  • Support candidates from minority diversities with the application process via personal contact and events.
  • Receive and review applications, manage telephone/video interviews and online tests to create a shortlist of young people for the employer.
  • Check the suitability and eligibility of applicants before submitting their details to the employer.
  • Create talent pools on GMFJ system to support reverse marketing of candidates.
  • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to employers in respect of suitable applicants.
  • Organise interviews for young people as requested by the employer, conducting mock interviews if appropriate.
  • Support campaign managers with strategic decisions and providing relevant updates and answering questions on stakeholder calls.
  • Ensure the regular daily and accurate input of all activity in GMFJ systems.
  • Provide regular reports of business activity volumes, recruitment success and vacancies.
  • Being led by the data, driving your pipeline and activity from the Marketing team to fulfil campaign objectives.

What do you need?
To succeed in this role you’ll need to be passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives and have excellent communication skills. Other skills required include:

  • Driven with a proven track record at meeting recruitment objectives
  • Sound understanding of recruitment in a commercial environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to organise own time effectively
  • Maintain a current knowledge of UK apprenticeship requirements and policies
  • High level of literacy
