What we have been up to

We’re a social enterprise

That means, when the company does well, society does well. We value our impact on society as much as our financial performance. As well as the impact we make through work we also have a charity of the year and as a team we arrange fund raising events inside and outside of work to support the chosen charity.

Be part of an organisation that makes a difference…

We VALUE each other

Values aren’t just something we say. They are something we do. We live by them. We want to be the best in every way, and our values are how we know to get there.

Achieve

Take ownership, do what needs to be done; the outcome matters.

Team & Fun

By working together and holding each other to account we succeed.

Improve

We listen, learn, confront issues and champion feedback to achieve change.

Confident

We are brave; we challenge with humility based on expertise, insight and networks.

Ambition

We’re ambitious for individuals, partners and ourselves.

  • Prepare and post opportunities across a range of platforms in line with employer and business requirements.
  • Support candidates from minority diversities with the application process via personal contact and events.
  • Receive and review applications, manage telephone/video interviews and online tests to create a shortlist of young people for the employer.

  • Driven with a proven track record at meeting recruitment objectives
  • Sound understanding of recruitment in a commercial environment
