We regularly talk to candidates to better understand their thoughts and preferences on the early careers landscape. Our recent survey of 1,000, however, began to unpick the effects that climate change is having on them as jobseekers.
“The ask here is clear,” said David Allison, our very own CEO and Co-founder. “In this competitive jobs market, entry-level job hunters often have access to a wide range of options and the majority want to know what employers are doing for the good of the planet. Organisations of all types and sizes must seize this opportunity in the battle for their future workforce. Shout about all the positive steps your organisation is taking.”
We shared some of our findings with organisations including Virgin Media, Rural Payments Agency and Transport for London, who also shared their thoughts.
