Targeting marketing services and candidate attraction
STEM subjects were key in the candidate’s skills arsenal due to the role types involved and those in the immediate vicinity to the premises were key for accessibility. Large scale attraction wasn’t an issue for UBS, but new means were required for this level of specificity.
With access to almost thirty criteria elements per candidate and a database of 614,000 profiles, GetMyFirstJob also offered the most accessible and specific means of targeting for the project. A targeted email was sent to candidates with STEM subjects in year 13 of school, within 5 miles of central London and refined to include only those individuals that have been active with GetMyFirstJob in the last 6 months. This allowed UBS to tap into the most engaged and accurate representation of their ideal candidate.
